1. Polyperfluoroethylene FEP (F46)
Applicable medium:
Any organic solvent or reagent, dilute or concentrated inorganic acid, alkali, ketone, aromatic hydrocarbon, chlorinated hydrocarbon, etc.
Operating temperature:
-85~150
Features: The mechanics, electrical properties and chemical stability are basically the same as F4, but the outstanding advantages are high dynamic toughness, weather resistance and radiation resistance.

2. Polytrifluoroethylene PCTEF (F3)
Applicable medium:
Various organic solvents, inorganic corrosives (oxidizing acids)
Operating temperature: -195~120
Features: heat resistance, electrical properties and chemical stability are second only to F4, mechanical strength, creep properties, hardness is better than F4



3. Polypropylene: RPP
Applicable medium: aqueous solutions of inorganic salts, dilute or concentrated solutions of inorganic acids and alkalis.
Operating temperature: -14~80
Features: One of the lighter plastics. Its yield, tensile and compressive strength, and hardness are better than low-pressure polyethylene. It has outstanding rigidity, good heat resistance, easy molding, and low cost. Mobility, fluidity and bending elasticity after modification.



4. Polyvinyl fluoride: rigid) PVC
Applicable medium: water resistance, concentrated alkali, non-oxidizing acid, chain hydrocarbon, oil and ozone, etc.
Operating temperature: 0-55
Features: high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability and dielectric properties, good oil resistance and aging resistance, easy to weld
And bonding, the price is lower.

5. Polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE (F4)
Use medium: strong acid, strong base, strong oxidant, etc.
Operating temperature: -200~180
Features: It has excellent chemical stability, high heat resistance, cold resistance, and low friction coefficient. It is a self-lubricating material, but has low mechanical properties, poor fluidity, and large thermal expansion.
Polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF(F2)
Use medium: resistant to most chemicals and solvents,
Operating temperature: -70~100
Features: The drawing strength and compression strength are better than F4, bending resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance. It is resistant to light and aging, and is characterized by good toughness and easy molding.



6. Polyolefin: PO
Applicable medium: various concentrations of acid-base salts and certain organic solvents.
Operating temperature: -58~80
Features: It is an ideal anti-corrosion material, and it has been widely used as the lining of large-scale equipment and pipe fittings for rotary forming.

Structural characteristics of fluorine-lined globe valve

Compared with the gate valve, the fluorine-lined globe valve has a simpler structure and is more convenient to manufacture and maintain.
The sealing surface is not easy to wear and scratch, with good sealing performance and long life.
When opening and closing, the disc stroke is smaller, the opening and closing time is shorter, and the valve height is smaller.
The valve disc and the valve stem are designed as an integral structure, which is compact in structure and safe to use.
Fluorine-lined stop valves have three structural forms: straight-through, direct-flow, and angle-type, of which the straight-through is commonly used. The angle-type can be installed at the corner of the pipeline system, and the direct-flow flow resistance is the smaller of the stop valves.
Pneumatic and electric devices are configured according to user needs to meet the needs of remote control and program control.
The lining material of replacement parts can be applied to various media.
